Hewalex manufactures collectors with a selective absorbent coating, characterised by high absorption of solar radiation and low heat emission. The absorbers are coated with black chrome or with TiNOX classic. SUN PLUS glass cover is used on all our solar collectors, which is the best available on the market. Hewalex solar collectors are distinguished by high their transparency and low reflection of solar radiation. All the materials used for construction of the collectors are verified and quality controlled.
- A transparent cover made of iron-poor tempered glass with very high transmittance (about 92%) of short-wave light spectrum.
- An absorber - a copper plate coated with selective surface (having properties of high-absorption - about 95%) and low-emissivity of solar heat. Our collectors are coated with black chrome or TiNOX classic.
- An aluminum frame and insulation are needed to reduce the heat losses.
